PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA

1. OBJECTIVE.-

The objective of this policy is the declaration and formal commitment of the UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTÓNOMA DE HUANTA, in informing users of the different services provided through its web portals, about the treatment and uses to which they submit the personal data obtained.

2. SCOPE.-

This policy is applicable to all web pages managed by the UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTÓNOMA DE HUANTA and are for public use.

3. NORMATIVE REFERENCES.-

Law No. 29733 - Law on Protection of Personal Data.

4. OF THE DECLARATION OF PRIVACY.-

The UNAH does not collect personal data about the User, except when he voluntarily provides information, when registering on any of the websites or when sending an email or other communication addressed to the UNAH. The UNAH will not process or transfer the personal data without the prior consent of the User.
